Help with the Mixmaster Throwdown app: RSVPs, tickets, Apple Wallet passes, and your account.

MMTD runs live music events in the Chicago area. The free MMTD app lets you reserve your spot, buy tickets, hold your entry pass in Apple Wallet, and manage your account. Events are 17+.

How to

№ 01 · RSVP to a night

Reserve your spot

  1. Open the MMTD app and tap an upcoming Tuesday event.
  2. Tap RSVP and confirm your details.
  3. You will get a confirmation in the app and by email.
№ 02 · Tickets

Buy a ticket

  1. On a paid event, tap Get Tickets and pick your quantity.
  2. Pay securely with Stripe. We never see your card number.
  3. Your ticket appears under Account → My Tickets.
№ 03 · Apple Wallet

Add your pass

  1. Open your ticket and tap Add to Apple Wallet.
  2. The pass updates automatically with event details.
  3. Show the pass at the door to be scanned in.
№ 04 · Password

Reset your password

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password.
  2. Enter your account email and submit.
  3. Follow the reset link sent to your inbox to set a new password.
№ 05 · At the door

Getting in

Bring your Apple Wallet pass or open My Tickets in the app. Door staff scan the code. Arrive with a valid 17+ ID.

№ 06 · Delete account

Delete your account

  1. Go to Account → Delete Account in the app.
  2. Confirm. This permanently hard-deletes your account and data.
  3. No app access? Use the contact form and we will delete it for you.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The app is free to download and use. You only pay for tickets to paid events. Some Tuesday nights are free to RSVP.
Yes. A free account lets us confirm your RSVP, hold your tickets, and issue your Apple Wallet pass. We collect only your email, name, and (optionally) phone number.
All ticket payments are processed securely by Stripe. The MMTD app never stores your full card number. See our privacy policy for details.
Tickets are generally non-refundable. If an event is canceled or you have an issue with an order, reach out through the contact form below and we will help.
Deleting your account in Account → Delete Account permanently removes your account and personal data from our systems. Past tickets and Wallet passes can no longer be used for entry. This cannot be undone.
Check upcoming events in the app or on the website for dates and venues. Events are 17+.
