Staff Support

A quick guide for MMTD door and event staff: log in, scan tickets, handle walk-ups, and troubleshoot.

The MMTD Staff app is the door tool for Tuesday nights at Terrace Cantina. Use it to check guests in, scan tickets and Apple Wallet passes, and keep the line moving.

Running the door

№ 01 · Log in

Sign in to the Staff app

  1. Open the MMTD Staff app.
  2. Enter your staff email and password.
  3. Select tonight's event from the list.

No login yet? Ask your event lead to add you, then use the contact form below if you still cannot get in.

№ 02 · Scan

Scan a ticket or pass

  1. Tap Scan and point the camera at the guest's code.
  2. A green check means valid: let them in.
  3. The guest count updates automatically as you scan.
№ 03 · Walk-ups

Check in a walk-up

  1. Tap Walk-up or Guest List.
  2. Search the guest's name or email.
  3. Tap Check in, or sell or collect at the door per the event lead's instructions.
№ 04 · Door rules

At the door

  • Events are 17+. Check ID when required.
  • Each ticket or pass scans once. A second scan flags as already used.
  • When in doubt, call the event lead before turning a guest away.

Troubleshooting

Problem
What to do
Code will not scan
Wipe the camera, raise screen brightness on the guest's phone, and hold steady. If it still fails, search the guest by name in Guest List and check them in manually.
"Already used" on a valid guest
The ticket was already scanned. Confirm the guest's name against the list. If they have not entered, check them in manually and note it for the event lead.
Cannot log in
Confirm you are using your staff email. Tap Forgot password to reset. If your account is missing, contact the event lead or use the form below.
App is slow or offline
Check the venue Wi-Fi or switch to cellular. Force-close and reopen the app. Recent check-ins sync once you are back online.
Wrong event loaded
Go back to the event list and select tonight's correct event before scanning.
